I have been doing mind/body work under a Washington State Massage License since 1990, with a commitment to helping myself and others live with greater physical, emotional, and spiritual health and ease. It's a joy dedicating myself to something that helps others and enriches my life in so many ways.
I graduated in 1989 from the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, nka Cortiva, and was granted my Licensed Massage Practitioner (LMP) license in 1990. I began taking advanced training in non-massage bodywork modalities such as craniosacral, myofascial, neurofascial, neuromuscular, Strain Counterstrain, muscle energy, and Osteopathic manual manipulation, as follows:
